Students and parents trust Mentora with something that matters — exam preparation. This policy explains how we create our content, how we check it, and how we correct it when we get something wrong.

Sources

Our academic content is grounded in the NCERT syllabus and the official exam patterns and notifications published by bodies such as the NTA (for JEE and NEET), CBSE, and the CUET and CLAT consortia. Where we state a fact about an exam — dates, pattern, eligibility, cut-offs — we base it on the official source and link to it.

How content is drafted

We use AI to help draft and structure notes, questions and solutions at scale. This lets us cover every chapter of every subject quickly and consistently. AI is a drafting tool for us — not a publisher.

Human review before publishing

No note, solution or answer key is published on the strength of AI alone. Every piece is reviewed by a subject teacher for factual and conceptual accuracy before it goes live. Numerical answers in our question bank are additionally checked programmatically against the worked solution. Each published page shows a named author, a reviewer, and the date it was last updated.

Accuracy and corrections

We take accuracy seriously — a single wrong answer key can mislead a student at exactly the wrong moment. If you spot an error, tell us via our Contact page and we will verify and fix it promptly, then update the page’s “last updated” date. Verified corrections take priority over new content.

Freshness

Exam information changes every cycle. We review syllabus, pattern, date and cut-off pages each exam season and update them, rather than leaving stale years in place.

Mentora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for any official examination body. Our practice papers and predictions are preparation aids only. Any advertising or sponsored placement is labelled as such and never changes how we mark answers or report scores.
