NEET (UG) is India’s single national entrance exam for admission to MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, veterinary and allied medical undergraduate courses, conducted by the NTA. It is mandatory for admission to virtually all medical colleges in India, and one national merit rank is used for counselling across state and central quotas.
